Who we are

AWKN MVMT is a project of the KINDR Foundation, a nonprofit organization. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

What this site is

A public dictionary of specific kind behaviors, a small collection of stories, and a way to send us either. Reading it is free and requires no account.

Nothing here is professional advice of any kind. It is a record of things people did.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you submit. By sending it you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit for length and clarity, retell in our own words, and share it on this site and our social channels.

You confirm that what you send is true as far as you know, that it is yours to send, and that you have permission from anyone else involved. Do not send anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that exposes somebody’s private moment without their consent.

We choose what to publish, and we can decline or remove anything without giving a reason. If you ask us to take down something you sent, we will.

Our content

The name AWKN MVMT, the logo, the written entries and the design of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote and share entries with credit and a link. Please do not reproduce the site wholesale, or use the branding to suggest we endorse something we have not.

Accuracy

We confirm what we reasonably can, and mark anything we cannot as unconfirmed on the page. We do not knowingly publish invented stories. Even so, this site is provided as is and we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or error free.

Links out

Where we link to another organization, including the KINDR Foundation, we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms apply there.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and availability

We may change these terms, the site, or any part of it, at any time. We may also take the site down for maintenance without notice. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
